Hotel review for Hotel Santa Marina

Im Nachhinein war alle prima. Als wir aber am Abend um 21: 30 Ankamen hat man uns ein Zimmer mit zugezogenen Gardinen gegeben. Nach öffnen der GARDINEN HATTEN WIR DANN FREIEN BLICK IN DEN FRÜHSTÜCKSRAUM. Wir hatten also eine Kammer ohne außenfenster angedreht (Zimmer 501) . Nach beschwerde wollte man uns ersteinmal nicht helfen können. Nach Androhung von massiven Ärger einm einstündigen Spaziergang und anschließend nochmaligen höflichen Nachfragen gab es dann aufeinmal doch noch etwas eine Juniorsuite. Sehr schön übrigens.
