The overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was good. Transportation to and from the hotel is ok. The service at Hotel Sapporo was passable. Olya & Mario found that Hotel Sapporo appears to have given minimal attention to making its food and beverage offerings diverse. As mentioned by Olya & Mario, the offering of leisure activities was poor. The amenities and the furnishings in the room are decent.
