In general, the hotel was kept very clean. There are nice shopping options near the hotel. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints could not be better. Sylvia found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be of the highest quality. All the leisure activities on offer were very impressive. Sylvia found that the room size was above average.
