Hotel review for Hotel Serrano Palace

The reviewer found the family friendliness of the hotel to be quite good. Transportation to and from the hotel is pretty good. As mentioned by Renate, the staff is competent and has the ability to communicate in foreign languages. Renate reported that both the quality and taste of the food are really good. The quality of the pool at Hotel Serrano Palace was satisfying. When Renate visited in 5/2007, the amenities and the furnishings in the room were exceptional.
