Hotel review for Hotel Serrano Palace

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, empfehlenswert, nach deutschem Maßstab aber eher gute 4 Sterne statt 5.
Angenehmes Ambiente, man fühlt sich insgesamt wohl. Service insgesamt gut, aber leider mit Ausreißern nach unten, z. B. zu wenig Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet und ein (deutscher) Frühstückskoch, der sich mit Servicementalität sehr schwer tut ("ärgerlich" - war nicht nur unsere Einschätzung). Gastronomie (Frühstück) qualitativ eher 4 Sterne. Auch Wellness-Bereich nichts Außergewöhnliches. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber sicherlich besser als die "wirklichen" 4 Sterne-Hotels vor Ort und daher durchaus empfehlenswert.
