Hotel review for Hotel Sheraton Bilbao

Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehenswert und top. Dennoch gab's einige Flops: Im Premium-DeLuxe-Zimmer im 6. Stock dröhnte und röhrte 24 Stunden lang die Umwälzanlage des Pools. Im Bad fehlten Schrauben und eine Abdeckung des Belüftungsschachtes über der Dusche - einfach ein Loch. Mit Staubsaugen hielt man sich vornehm zurück. Und von den vier Sonnenschirmen des kleinen Terrassencafes funktionierte nicht einer problemlos: ausgerissene Ösen, gebrochene Streben usw. Das Management hat die Pflege des Hauses nicht im Griff - viele kleinere NICHT typisch südländische Mängel. Keine 5 Sterne! Eigentlich sehr schade.
