Hotel review for Hotel Siesta Playa

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten wohl schon länger hinter sich. Zwar wurde die Aussenfassade malermäßig instandgesetzt, so dass ein schöner äußerer Anschein erweckt wird und es gute Fotos für den Katalog gibt, aber die Innenaussstattung ist bereits 15-20 Jahre alt und bedarf einer dringenden Erneuerung. Das Angebot entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was man sich unter AI vorstellt, z. B. Löslicher Kaffee ist AI, möchte man einen richtigen Bohnenkaffee kostet dieser Geld. Hat man AI
gebucht wird man behandelt wie ein Gast 3. Klasse, im Gegensatz zu den anderen Gästen, die alles noch bezahlen müssen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und tut bei auftrtenden Problemen so, als ob man sich nicht verständigen können. Auch hat die Reiseleitung massive Problem Reklamationen beim Hotelpersonal bzw. Hotelmanagment geltend zu machen und Abhilfe zu verschafften. Uns blieb nur der Wechsel in ein anderes Hotel übrig, was dann dem gebuchten Standard ent-
sprach.
Fazit: Wer einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte sollte diese Hotel nicht buchen! Das einzig was dieses Hotel bietet ist die exklusive
Strandlage, aber auch nicht mehr.
