Great facility, ill-groomed, lacking warmth

The hotel's general condition was horrible. In line with Sandra, the transportation situation to and from the hotel imperfect. The staff's handling of complaints was abominable. As stated by Sandra, the assortment of food and drinks was absolutely monotonous. The pool at Hotel Sol Cayo Guillermo is pretty nice.
