Lage des Hotel wie auf einer Postkarte
Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Meran. Die Aussicht auf Meran und Umgebung ist umwerfend. St. Katrein wird am Wochenende stark frequentiert als Ausflugsziel. Die Gaststätte des Hotels ist dann sehr voll. Wenn der Ausflugsverkehr abends weg ist, ist es sehr idyllisch.
Das Personal ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und erfüllt fast jeden Wunsch.
Das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt immer kleine Überraschungen aus der Küche.
Angeschlossen ist ein Reitstall, bei dem jederzeit Ausritte gebucht werden können.
Gleich am Hotel fangen viele Wanderwege an, die sehr zu empfehlen sind.
