The overall cleanliness was pretty good. According to our reviewer, the hotel and beach were somewhat too far apart. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints could be drastically improved. The standard of cleanliness of the restaurant was low. Nicole found the pool to be of a rather bad quality. According to Nicole, the bathroom was quite good.
