We booked this hotel in order to make an Andalucian vacation. Our room: had a balcony, was very clean, was big and friendly furnished, it had view of the garden and pool area in direction of the sea. The age average of the guests was very diverse, but young Spanish people come during the weekend.

One goes to the beach through a small promenade, which crosses the garden of the hotel and it goes over a boardwalk. The neighboring hotel was in similar conditions. Shopping can be done at a shopping mall which is 10 minutes away by foot. The bus ride to Chiclana, to the market or to Bummel is very good.

Service

As soon as one enters the hotel, one sees a hard-working activity going on. One would feel as a guest; they welcomed us in a friendly and courteous way. The lenguage was also not a problem because they spoke many lenguages. Complains were dealt with immediatly.

Gastronomy

The breakfast and the evening's buffet were very good elaborated, well varied and delicious. There was a different theme every day: France, Spain, Andalucia, Italy and so on. The drinks' prices corresponded to a cheaper hotel, they were relatively unexpensive. For example, 0,7l of a good red wine was $12.00 Euros.

Sport & Entertainment

The animation was very unobtrusive, but it was always there. Beach chairs, umbrellas, showers, etc. were provided in the pool area in a good and clean condition. The beach was very clean and wonderful for walks.

Room

Safe deposit box is not provided in the room, but one can leave the stuff in the reception without a problem. The room was very functional and comfortable. The balcony was big and bright.
