Hotel review for Hotel Vincci Costa Golf

Das erste Zimmer hatte eine defekte Scheibe ( blind) . Mit völligem Unverständnis wurde unserer Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer aufgenommen - niemand konnte verstehen, dass wir nicht drei Wochen auf eine "blinde" Scheibe blicken wollten. Nach langem Hin und Her und arrogantem Getue bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Hier spülten wir erstmal die Schamhaare des Vormieters aus der Badewanne. Auch dieses Zimmer hatte viele Mängel - unsere Bitte um Abhilfe wurde schlichtweg ignoriert.
Das Abendbuffet erinnerte mehr an Kantine. Man sollte genau darauf achten, dass das Geschirr nicht noch Essensreste vom Vortag enthält. Kurz- der Laden ist ein Witz. Es wird als Golfhotel beworben- kaum jemand spricht English und der Manager läuft wie ein Gockel über die Anlage und hat keinen Plan. Zum Glück konnten wir Dank der kompetenten Reiseleitung von Neckermann umbuchen und haben im Barrosa Park, einem echtem 4 Sterne Hotel, noch einen schönen Urlaub erlebt.
