The overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was good. In Martina's opinion the restaurant and bar situation near Hotel Vincci Granada is pretty good. Martina found that the personnel was rather competent and had an acceptable foreign language competence. The rooms at Hotel Vincci Granada are well cleaned.
