The overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. There are some bars and restaurants in the hotel's immediate vicinity. In the opinion of the reviewer, the check-in process at Hotel Viva Tropic was dreadful. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were above average.
