6.0A wonderful hotel with great facilities, food and staff.
Location
6.0Centrally located in Pertisau, and the hotel collects/delivers you to/from the local railway station. Good bus and taxi services
Service
6.0Absolutely wonderful service - all the staff were superb. Monika [on Reception] was exceptional in her attitude to ensuring she did all to make the holiday enjoyable.
Gastronomy
6.0Main meals were fantastic, and the \'cakes\' in the afternoons were delicious
Sport & Entertainment
6.0Went cross country skiing and snow-shoeing. Both were really enjoyable [and tiring]

The rooms were light, warm, clean and very comfortable. Views from the room were superb [lake and mountains]
[One very very minor niggle - the pillows were too soft]
