Im Hotel herrscht eine unangenehme Atmosphäre. Alles ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig (z. B. Aufzüge verkratzt, Türen verquollen, Kochnische im Zimmer unappetitlich). Die Saubekeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig (z. B. schmutzige Teller im Restaurant)
