Claus & Marianne found the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Near the hotel there are excellent shopping options. The staff's handling of complaints was abominable. As mentioned by Claus & Marianne, the diversity of food and drinks offered was excellent. The leisure time facilities were satisfying.
