According to the hotel review of Iris, the hotel was extremely family friendly. In Iris's opinion the choice of restaurants and bars near Kinderhotel Felben ex Nationalparkhotel Felben were excellent. According to Iris, the staff has been very well trained in how to handle guest complaints. In Iris's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were superb.
