The hotel was kept rather clean as was stated in the hotel review. In the opinion of the reviewer, the leisure activity options at NH Hotel Cristal were fantastic. Erythris reported that the competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was quite good. In Erythris's opinion, the rooms at NH Hotel Cristal are immaculate.
