Mike found the general condition of the hotel left nothing to be desired. Transportation to and from the hotel is very good. The service at Hotel NH Duc de la Victoria was passable. Mike found the quality and taste of the food as excellent. The reviewer thought the rooms were so clean that one could practically eat off the floor.
