Hotel review for Prinsotel La Caleta

Hotel

The facility was always clean and well-kept. The sectioning is, generally speaking, well made. In need of improvement is simply the position of the All-In bar. It's placed on the other end of the facility, although All-In characterizes the biggest proportion of the guests.

Location

Beautiful, a clean bay is situated in the immediate vicinity. A short way leads to the next bus stop and also to souvenir shops, as well as a mini market in immediate proximity.

Service

The friendliness of one specific employee towards the All-In guests didn't quite make the grade. Maybe here also, the tips don't flow on a daily basis, so All-In guests are also paying guests. In this way and manner, one can wreck the tips-money in the end of the vacation.

Gastronomy

Daily alternating buffet (lunch and dinner). Something there for every taste. When something's missing, it's immediately newly brought. Taste wise, there’s definitely a lot different from what one knows, but even so it's all enjoyable- and eatable!

Sport & Entertainment

Maybe due to it being the end of the season, sports activities were missing. Table tennis and billiard had to be extra paid. Tennis courts or other fields are completely missing.

Room

The rooms themselves are well outfitted. Things such as blow-dryer and remote-control for the television are provided with a security guarantee. One takes it back with return. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit too loud. The cleaning was always flawless and impeccable.

Tips and recommendations

By September it’s already crisscrossed by rains and storms. Therefore, I think it's better to fly in July and in August, in case one wishes for a more secure "good-weather-guarantee". All in all, the house is by all means recommended. We had beautiful vacations.
