Hotel review for Protur Turo Pins Aparthotel

Hotel

I liked the Hotel Turo Pins very much. When you check out the blocs, you see that the hotel is already a little bit older. Therefore the rooms are very spacious and especially very clean. There is a pool in the middle of the hotel. Near that there are lying chairs which you can also get after 11 o'clcock (therefore you must not get up earlier and reserve them already with hand towels!).
We had All Inclusive. You could always help yourself with drinks and there was also nothing missing in the food.

Location

The hotel is situated somewhat outside, still it is about 10 minutes of walking till the beach. Besides that there is a bus offered which drives from the hotel to the beach. It is also not that far away to the city and it lasts about 5 minutes of walking.

Service

The waiters were in generally friendly. They have greeted and have always asked after the food whether you are already done, only then they have cleaned up the plates. The bus driver who took us to the beach was always very kind and always in good mood!

Gastronomy

Just like already mentioned, the food was always very delicious, sometimes there were also days where you had only one theme to eat (for example) Moroccan, Yugoslavian). Then the animateurs stood in country typical clothes in front of the meal hall entrances and have greeted us. The restaurant had a round meal hall, when it was warm you could also eat outside. The cook on the outside grill was always very nice and funny.

Sport & Entertainment

There was nothing to add about the sport programs. The animateurs were always very kind and have always entertained us very good (once again a lot a lot greetings to Samantha, Stefan and Glenn). There was a miniclub where the children from 5-11 years could participate over there, the senior children then participated together with adults, but that was okay, as they have always won a certificate or medal. There were shows or entertainment every evening, whether professional shows or the shows organized by the animateurs themselves, they were always very funny and sociable.

Room

I have also liked the rooms very much, although the furniture was somewhat older, in return the cleaning ladies have tried a lot. We had a room that was going to the street side, but we were never disturbed by the noise (from animation or something like that), like it says in other assessments.

Tips and recommendations

Conclusion: I was very disappointed from the hotel, as it was described somewhat archaic in the catalogue. Still I found this hotel as many other 4 star hotels (monte safari, Green Garden). Well I would always book Turo Pins again!
