Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOn the website of the hotel given price for a double room in the high winter season 250 euros/night. We got a room in the basement, small room with a window on an equal footing, with price advantage of 20% on the regular price for 257 euros. The regular price means 321,25 euros/night? We thought it would be, there is a mathematical error be, that they will correct in the hotel. But the manager said, the given price list is not binding for him, so a large price is quite normal. Of course, for it. There is no published list in the hotel. We are very disappointed, that the price of the package only a misleading advertising.

Sehr geehrte Familie Muranyi,nur kurz zu ihrer Kritik. Wenn man ein Angebot bekommt, dann eine Reservierungsbestätigung und dann nach der getätigten Anzahlung eine Anzahlungs-Bestätigung mit den immer angeführten Preisen und am letzten Tag vor der Abreise an die Rezeption kommt Kritk an unseren Preisen auszusprechen, um einen Preisnachlass zu erzielen, dann ist das wohl ein bisschen zu spät. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ja noch alles in bester Ordnung! Ist das nicht komisch ?
