Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked 1996 a visit to this hotel and loved it. That is why we wanted to spend our holiday in 2004 this hotel. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, as the level has deteriorated. So a huge number of tourists coach house, so that, for example, the morning buffet part was blank, long and/or no place in the restaurant. That is 1/2 hour we had to wait, in order to get a seat or a later time to appear. The service consisted in contrast to 1996 to 99% of young polish (seasonal) women, no difference between the dry and dry wines habl understood. The bathrooms were in need of an overhaul and in the swimming pool the paint was peeling off the walls. When we put forward our complaint in writing, there was no answer. In our oral demand, on the part of the hotel owner answered: will generally not responded to complaints. That was the 'I-point' arrogance and hubris and for a 4 star hotel! It is a pity, because the Hotel has a very nice location and it had level!
