Nice hotel with a fantastic location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had a flat in the hotel gerbi families with lots of room (bedroom, gallery, living room, kitchen, bathroom), and a fantastic view over the Lake Lucerne. The furniture has gotten old fashioned and in dark brown. We were, however, that the rooms to be renovated or have already gradually.HCLFHLIn the hotel all very friendly, competent staff. Child-friendly (including children monogrammed robes and slippers), small (somewhat vernachläsigter) playground, trampoline, no separate games room.HCLFHLThe food (we have vegetarian gegegessen) was wonderful, creative, very special-not cheap, but definitely worth the price. In the evening partly a bit loose and passion with plenty of intolerable pitiable solo easy-Listening (of 'highway to hell' on 'my way' to ' white roses from Athens 'everything-and much more so, that all absolutely identical sounds; great). In the morning nice, wide and varied breakfast-without 'candle in the wind' and 'all-white'.HCLFHLThe wellness area was very modern and versatile, the modern interior as the somewhat more distant adjoining outdoor pool with amazing views of the lake, the saunas perfectly adequate, varied, sauna area. Jacuzzi cost extra-that was a bit embarrassing for a hotel in this price League; freshly cleaned and fresh water therefor every time. free drinks and fruit. opening hours in the evening too short (7-19 o'clock).HCLFHLOtherwise, the infrastructure of the sisters Hotel Alexander be used (for example, table tennis, table football, table tennis, fitness devices and so on). Also the public beach on the lake can be used free of charge (including diving platform, water trampoline and much more)HCLFHLTransfer to the ship dock a bit of a hassle, about 1 kilometer walk or (FEE) Lido-bus with relatively limited schedule. If necessary, transport by bus (for example, check-in and check-out).HCLFHLAll in all, highly recommendable-since the area a great deal has to offer. Weggis is a bit sleepy and very touristic, but ideal for relaxation and, of course, 'base' for long walks in Rigi, Pilate, guarantor floor and much more go!
