Everything was perfect but the grasshoppers

Half-board is perfect.
Guests - Greeks, Russians, FYROM citizens, Serbians, Bulgarians.
Location
Beach is about 200m dixtanced from reception of the hotel.
The path to the beach is quiet, flowered, friendly.
Staff is kindly. They speak English, Greek, Russian and Serbian.

We were on half-board.
Every day different meal.
A plenty of delicious food.
Sport & Entertainment
Pools are OK.
Monday is the cleanest water, maybe it is changed then.
Saturday was the dirtiest water, it is normal. The hotel was full then.
Room
Interior - good
Nothing was missing in the room.
Bathroom - large.
Wardrobe large.
Air conditioning - perfect.
Cleaning of rooms every day, every detail.
BUT there were a lot of GRASSSHOPPERS in the room, in the corridors on the first floor. Big insects about 5cm (2 inches). It was awful.
Tips and recommendations
Cosmote GSM access was missing in the room (block 8), the other operators were OK.
Food, pools, beach bar, room are very good, but the giant GRASSHOPPERS.
