Catastrophic hotel! Not recommendable! *

We were for the weekend on berchtesgadener land risks. At night when we came back exhausted from the drive arrived at the hotel, we had to literally minutes write a half hour wait at the front desk, the receptionist (waiters in the restaurants) finally found the time to give us the room key.
Upon entering the room we found to our horror a ungereinigtes room. Then we got from the cleaning staff to another. Then the fun was only started, because in this room after we arrived guests. After endless discussions (arguing/yelling) from the cleaning staff and was solved the Organisationsproblem.
The restaurant was empty and we were lucky in the meantime, we still got food (buffet-style). We allowed us but only at a place without table number.
Back to the room. In the evening we noticed, the hot water didn't work. This was also the case. As we are opposed to 8:30 A.M. at the front desk, was closed by shutters.
The breakfast (as argued the staff above all people) we get the note, the receptionist that there would be short. Immediately the opportunity, we then checked out early. The subsequent complaint to the manager was not even an apology, but only shrug, as if it would care. So we were not our short break. I have never stayed in a hotel, such conditions. These impressions are also of various other reviews to read. The hotel should organise its guests and new friendly face. The alpenhotel tauernhof is currently despite potential not recommended!
