Poorly Managed hotel Tauernhof *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery honored ladies and gentlemen, after we have already 'day dreams' complained, I give a rating of the above-mentioned July. In the hotel this year we stayed for four days in schonau am konigssee in'.' from the outside, the hotel looked very appealing, but I have never seen such a poorly managed hotel. The manager or owner was not present, the front desk only a few hours in the morning occupied, Sunday at all. The staff was overtaxed and thus only partially friendly. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, the dinner was not worth the price (two evenings there was the same food). Locals from outside were not served. The restaurant was closed after the breakfast and only for dinner the transportation situation to and from the re-opened again closed, a cup of coffee in the afternoon on the terrace or a beer in the evening to relax at the end was not possible. The staff made early in the afternoon and in the evening, then nobody was there! Our room was without a balcony at the back, directly above the kitchen. This hotel is not recommended.
