Much to expensive for small, dark, old-fashioned room *

As tourists have we to three options for a very small, very dark room with half board per person unwanted 60, -have to pay-more than double compared to all the other rooms on our options at this hotel were great.

Sehr geehrte Frau Maria,
es tut uns sehr leid dass Sie sich bei uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.
Sie sind bei uns Mitte August (Hochsaison) unangemeldet angekommen und das einzige mir verfügbare Zimmer habe ich Ihnen natürlich vorher gezeigt und der Preis war für Sie in Ordnung. Ich möchte betonen dass Sie genau gleich viel wie alle anderen Gäste im Haus bezahlt haben. Wir sind das günstigste Haus in Olang das jedoch großen Wert auf eine bodenständige Küche und guten Service legt. Unsere Gäste schätzen genau diese ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Wer jedoch großen Wert auf moderne Zimmer und große Bäder legt ist bei uns nicht im richtigen Haus.
