Functional stay in Zwickau *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe amedia hotel is located in Zwickau was not very Central, but for those, the surrounding businesses had anything to do with this, still convenient.
Plus the location a bit outside: parking spaces are in abundance to have free, the situation is very calm, at least in a room at the back, the hotel was a lot of space, so that one must not feel cramped. Above all, the hotel is easy to find, as it is a major arterial road is nearby.
The hotel is relatively new and in vibrant colors. Through large windows is lots of light and air in the lobby and restaurant.
There is a sauna and conference rooms, I didn't have more closely.
The staff in all areas were very friendly and attentive. For example, I am with the rather unusual lock system at the door not managed, whereupon the young woman at the front desk immediately came up and I was.
The restaurant was contrary to my expectation in the evening Sunday things to do in the surrounding area. The food was good at a fair price. There is a hearty regional dishes and a lot of direction (noodles etc.) Italian cuisine. crepes suzette for dessert, I can highly recommend. Also here you asked friendly and unobstrusively for, if I need something.
Although I in other cities like to go a little stroll, am I stayed in the hotel and was very satisfied. The central location is only one night no problem for me.
The breakfast was unfortunately the coffee not so good as I have on the 'coffee-' ☺ Used and would have expected. Otherwise there was mostly hearty in a good choice. I would have liked a sweet breakfast engineer a sweet particle or, for example, croissants instead of herring and sausages. But overall there is certainly something for everyone.
The room was decent size, but not very impressive in style. It is the usual bland-unobtrusive and individual Hotel furniture with a comfortable bed, a table on the whole of the wall under the window with a large flat-screen tv, and alarm clocks. A there is no minibar. This has been abolished in order to save current, which I think was very good, because I have the impression that the minibar were not so much use to be.
The bathroom was very basic, but perfectly adequate, and there was only a shower gel/shampoo/combination, nothing of cosmetic or 'luxury'. To mention is, that the room and bathroom were perfectly clean and intact.
Wireless internet works in the restaurant, as well as in the room (203) stable, fast, free of charge and without any fuss.
Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for business travelers, I would again at any time.
