Really bad experience *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked the trip via tiscover for six days. On the second day we were on the grounds, there was a booking error, set in front of the door. Of course, there between Christmas and new Year ad hoc no alternative is to be found, not only our vacation was closed, there were also still relatively high at Rückreisekosten to (new flight, etc.). May be, that the hotel is acceptable, but I think it was so bad, that I can only warn before booking a reservation. Our vacation will be followed up with a legal.

Sowohl die Reiseplattform Tiscover, als auch wir (das Aparthotel Hutter) haben der Familie einige Tage VOR Anreise mitgeteilt, dass eine Buchung in unserem Haus nicht möglich ist. Die Familie ist dennch angereist und wir konnten Sie mit Müh und Not unterbringen.Der Geschäftsführer Herr Heinrich Hutter konnte erst am 2. Tag mit der Familie sprechen und er hat sie keinesfalls vor die Tür gesetzt, sondern Ihnen den Sachverhalt erklärt und Ihnen den Aufenthalt zu einem angemessenen Preis angeboten. Der Familie war unser Angebot zu teuer und sie entschlossen sich abzureisen.
Eine Abreise wäre unsererseits nicht notwendig gewesen. Die Familie hätte bis zum gewünschten Abreisetag bleiben können.
Von einer schlechten Organisation kann nicht die Rede sein. Es gab lediglich einen Irrtum, was das Angebot auf tiscover betrifft - aus diesem Grund wurden die Gäste auch sofort informiert, das keine Anreise möglich ist.
