Very quiet location - you could sleep at night without problems.
If you want a bit of action you have to go to El Arenal.
Whoever is seeking recovery is exactly right here!
Supermarkets available nearby.
Beach about a 2 minute walk away.
Car rentals and excursions bookable in the hotel.
We did both and we were happy.
Bus transfer took a long time, about 2 hours.

Reception, waiters, etc. very friendly.
Reception speaks German
Waiters, etc. also know some German.
Foreign language skills not necessary.
Room cleaning was o.k.; daily change of towels upon request.
Even during the night they are looking after their guests. A spontaneous ant attack was fought by the night porter in a friendly and helpful way.

As already mentioned we did not have to go hungry. Pasta and chips were a little too soft sometimes, but overall, you can eat well.
Food available until the end of meal times!
Tables were always newly set.
Prices for drinks at dinner were not over the top. Small beer or Coke for 2 Euro.
Pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. No noise!
The A/C was set a little too high.

The hotel is no sports facility. So rather for those in need of rest. The gym is barely usable. Only the treadmill works.
Here the hotel management should make improvements.
The pool is small, but with plenty of sunbeds.
Clean toilets at the pool!

Apartments for 2 adults and 2 children (sofa bed) were fully sufficient.
Small kitchen area, which we used, except for the fridge.
Air conditioning in the room can be regulated.
Impeccable condition!

The so often described problem with overbooking didn't apply when we were there.
I would recommend to each holidaymaker to contact the hotel itself in advance to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Buy drinks, etc. at Eroski supermarket!
Hands off Burger King (too expensive) or only go there with coupons (are on display at the hotel).
