We were comfortable there again! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was a relatively small hotel. The two flats were three floors with roofed courtyard (garden areas). It was no longer the newest hotel.
It was clean. Half board could also be booked. We had booked only the overnight, so we couldn't comment.
Very many Scandinavians, Germans and English came to the hotel, from all ages.
The rooms were - as in other hotels in the Mediterranean - relatively bad soundproofed.
We also needed to overlook once or twice, since over the years it had signs of wear. We knew, since we had visited 5 times here, that the hotel team every fall made renovations and improvements, which we instantly recognized when we returned.
Location
The hotel was located on a side street. Beautifully peaceful at the beginning of S'Albufera nature reserve.
To the beach it was a comfortable 10 minutes walk, to the Eroski a comfortable 25 minutes, to the main street 5 minutes - with enough restaurants, bars, stores, bus stops, car rental companies, taxi station.
The rooms were cleaned every 2 days, the trash emptied, the bed sheets were changed.
Small repairs were made relatively fast (change of light bulbs).
The reception was occupied the whole day and they spoke English and German quite well.

The Elisa restaurant was highly recommended. Price-performance ratio was right. The food was very good. Everything was clean.
Sport & Entertainment
Between the flats there was a small pool with children's section, and a poolside bar was opened from the morning hours until afternoon. Beach chairs were available and whoever wanted could try a game of ping pong. There were also possibilities for small children to play.
The beach was very beautiful. Long beach walks could be taken: Either to the Port Alcudia or Can Picafort direction.
Room
In typical style large furnished flats - 1 bedroom with a large closet and double bed - 1 living room with kitchenette and dining table, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, flat screen TV - 1 large balcony with table and chairs - 1 bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioner was available and one could rent the safe.
Tips and recommendations
WLan at the hotel was free of charge. Cell phone reception was also outstanding.
For a more noble holiday, pay a few extra euros and travel somewhere else!
