Aparthotel Ferrer Maristany

The distance to the beach was perfect, just walk two minutes in bikini without having to bring anything else and then back again to sunbade at the hotelpool. There were many shops in the area, bouth with traditional holiday-shopping and food and the real city with historical buildings and market was only two kilometers away.
I give only 5 suns becaurse there was load noice from the garbagecars and busses in the morning. I like to sleep late in the morning with open window :-)

The Maristany staff was exccelent and managed everything. We booked the charter from Ving and we thought that they should care at least a little for us but they never showed up at the hotel. Fortunately we had the nice Guest Manager to help us with everything. She spoke several languges and fixed everything very easely. All staff, chef, servant and cleaners were very nice and friendly.

Although we had an apartment and made some food of our own we ate at many restaurants in the area and only once we were not satisfied. We had all kinds of food, fruits and icecreame and never got sick. We also had the Maristany-buffe' and it was wonderful and very pricewourth for all those dishes.
We drank only bottled water.

The beach was perfect with white, smooth sand and clear light green water and endless long. As we went there i September we could walk on the beach for hours whitout beeing too sunburned.
The Maristany pool and sunbeds were very clean and nice, so perfect after a day on the beach or a hole day if you wish to be really lazy and near to a cold beer or a glas of wine. We alse wery much enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sunterasse on the roof.

The rooms were big, light and clean with french windows from floor to seeling. There were balcony at bouth livingroom and bedroom so you could just pusch the windows aside and easely eat your breakfast or whatever you liked in the sun. We also had the windows open at night because it felt so wonderful with the fresch, warm air and we felt all secure. The kitchen had all we needed and the bathroom was nice and clean.

The weather was perfect in the end of September. It is easy to rent a car and drive up into the mountains or to Soller and Valemossa when you stay at Maristany. The roads are very good at Mallorca and the trafic is gentle.
