Strange apartment hotel, questionable staff *

Should a fun and relaxing vacation with our two children (Teenagers) be, however we were annoyed there 'green and blue'.
the entire staff team can be considered to be very questionable rate. Responsiveness zero! Maid service ignored'please do not Schild' stood at 08:30 in the morning and in the middle of our apartment. We knew not, what should we say? After we had asked the maid to come, a bit later, we were told only, that you are now cleaning or otherwise not time to come! Insolence. Complaint at the front desk rID with a hämischen smile.
unfortunately we had the apartment hotel was already fully paid in advance, otherwise we would certainly be charged in a other hotel.

we book this hotel never again!
