The hotel made a good impression in general, the lobby area was pleasant.
Location
The hotel is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach. The beach is about 7 minutes by foot. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars and discos.
Incredibly poor service!!! So friendly staff members, bad foreign language skills. On our complaints were not taken into consideration.

The outdoor area with the pool area was very nice, with a small bar and cinema screen.
Room
The rooms were of facilities reasonably priced. However, we had an apartment with 2 bedroom + living area and were very disappointed when we saw that there are only 2 rooms. The promised second bedroom there wasn't just a big bed in living area.
