Aparthotel Tropical Park

Since 1 week I am with the holiday and would now like to make my rating:
We have to book for many years and always have our travel associated with three great to have, even a three star hotel on Gran Canaria was really great, but the what we've ever had, the was simply not to make you feel at ease. I must start by saying the hotel is in the catalog depending on the travel agent with three to 3.5 stars, it has but only 1 star. It is a hotel for the older generation. It were 95% english and the rest Spanish 3% German, so we two. The food was very english. The whole complex consists only of stairs. It is no elevator available, in other words the suitcases up and down the stairs to the fourth floor in high.
The first shock gripped us as we our apartment changed. It was on the pillow bundles. After a complaint has been assigned to us an apartment at ground level. We had looked at us yet not even properly the room, since we had two cats in the room. Back and complained again, but it was (according to the receptionist) no free apartment, I called for fresh linens and the beds referred itself. We were so what of frustrated. Now for the dinner, perhaps it tears the Yes out. But what disappointment, two Court gave it to the selection and the were still greasy and lukewarm. Soup was a better Aldi soup, salad (three types) had to be turned on and the dessert consisted of stale totally sweet cakes. well we had cookies from Germany with a kick in the room we us in. The best thing was the breakfast then. Only english only, eggs with bacon the means, fats sausage, 1 sort of sausage, 1 sort of cheese, jam, honey, margarine packets, but the worst were the back up rolls. I have one of them thrown against a person you would have to be sewn in the hospital. So something guests dish, I think under all sow. On the second day we the restaurant cotton fluff (the with four stars is) a chance and ordered a la carte. It was just as crappy like everything else also. So I called and the rep to transfer to a different hotel, but it was not, as everything was fully booked. We then drove with our rental car, the best from this area and went through the often to eat.
So my conclusion:
If you're really not much expected, the food is not demanding and a peaceful holiday away from all hustle and bustle wants to experience, the right place is
The apartment is well appointed and are for two adults and 1 child. It was cleaned each day except on Friday and Sunday not. Fresh towels were in the dresser in the bathroom. The hotel is situated on the a... the world, so make sure to book a rental car, if it should be at this hotel. It is a bus stop two minutes from the hotel, but the buses run very not punctual. In the town itself is nothing going on, it is a couple of restaurants and nothing else. A beach gives it also not in the town, only nature and accordingly also from the. So I will definitely not book this hotel again, as it to many defects has me. I'd rather give something more money and go to a hotel with at least four stars.
