Very disappointed

THE OUTSIDE AREAS AROUND THE POOL WERE TERRIBLE, UNKEMPT. THE FILTER COVERS ROUND THE POOL WERE ALL BROKEN AND VERY DANGEROUS. THERE WAS QUITE A BAD ATMOSPHERE AND THE STAFF SPOKE BAD ENGLISH AND WERE VERY UNHELPFUL
