in the summer 2009 we were with our two Sprößlingen (more like teenagers) in this apartment plant, which only a few years old. Our apartment had two Schlafrzimmer and was otherwise well equipped. Kitchen appliances could have been a little more comfortable may, but it was (for a week it was enough). Very large and well kept swimming pool. To the beach, the sunny beach-this section 'Cocoa beach' means it was a good piece (10 minutes) to walk. The beach was clean and the water was very clear.
nearby the apartment house was also a few nice restaurants. In the hotel there was also, but since we were not (but it looked good)
