Noisy and unclean careful studios *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIs booked through check-a studio. Only was only a description of apartments available, on the basis of a note we have heard, that the studios on the back of the hotel. A request by fax with lmx was not answered. Thanks are Opodo has launched a reply and happy granted our request. A description of the studios were suddenly added! The Communication was happy with such user friendly, that we never again book over there!
The studios are a disgrace. We have paid a surcharge and are held in an apartment.
Because of the ash cloud our flight should be moved and I asked suburb in the travel agency, as should be the settlement. Since the tour guide for different travel agents Act is, the lady asked for our tour operator, I said lmx and she replied ' then you must pay for each day the hotel!
Other travellers have immediately get a trading on.
