First stay the hotel Avalon *

Three elevators in the house are, then the client must know what is in the garage elevator (K1), and not with the luggage search around. The Elevator nearby of 218 does not belong to the hotel? Who says the customers.

Vielen Dank für die Mühe der Bewertung, vielen Dank auch für den Hinweis zu der Ausschilderung der Aufzüge. Wir werden die Sachlage hier tief prüfen und gegebenenfalls Verbesserungen vornehmen.Der Aufzug in der Nähe Ihres Zimmer kann genutzt werden um in die Tiefgarage und nach draussen zu gelangen, es handelt sich hier um ein Nebentreppenhaus. bzw. 2. Fluchtweg, den wir aufgrund unserer hohen Sicherheitsansprüche für Gäste bereithalten, als solcher ist es er auch markiert.
Um Ihren Verbesserungsvorschlägen noch besser nachzugehen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie vor Allem die Kritik am Service, (neben der mangelhaften Beschreibung der beiden Aufzüge), mehr und persönlich ausführen könnten: Schreiben Sie uns daher gerne offen an: Falko.Rauch@avalon-hotels.com
