Wir waren vor rund 2 Jahren schon in einem Guldsmeden Hotel, dieses Mal im neu eröffneten Axel, das noch zentraler liegt. Trotz einiger Anlaufschwierigkeiten (der Spabereich war, trotz Ankündigung, immer noch nicht fertig; die allmorgendliche heillose Überlastung des viel zu kleinen Frühstücksraums) bietet das Hotel eine Atmosphäre zum Entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Shopping- oder Ausflugstag. Mit vielen warmen Farben und Materialien ist das Hotel eingerichtet und dekoriert. Das ausschliesslich biologische Frühstück ist exzellent und sucht in Kopenhagen wohl seines Gleichen. Leider muss man morgens gegen 9 Uhr immer warten, bis ein Tisch frei wird, da der Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Hotelzimmer viel zu knapp bemessen wurde. Neben der Rezeption gibts ein kostenloses Internet-Terminal. Abends empfiehlt sich ein leckerer Drink (natürlich auch mit organischen Zutaten) an der Hotelbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, in ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der City. Die Infrastruktur ist bestens. Ein Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen und in dem wir sicher auch beim nächsten Mal wieder gerne wohnen werden.
