Top Best Western in Halifax *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUpdatet hotel near the Armdale Rotary on St. Margarets Bay Road and centrally located to downtown Halifax, also after Peggy's Cove only about a 30 minute drive. Very clean! Shopping and restaurants (Halifax shopping Ctr. Only a few minutes away). 141 Rooms. Not included, but a good restaurant in the hotel.
Location
Downtown Halifax about a 10 minute walk, Peggy's Cove about 40 minutes (by car). Halifax shopping center in the immediate vicinity. For Halifax and the "South Shore" (Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg etc. ). A perfect way to start out! You want to nightlife in Halifax, the hotel is a bit out of the way (approx. 6 km from the waterfront). approx. 40 km away from l. stanfield Int. Airport (about 30 minutes)
Incredibly nice and competent staff. Pets (by appointment) welcome!

Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was good. American style. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, OJ, coffee about $10. Simple but delicious! (simple but delicious). Clean!

Large, spacious, comfortable: 27" flat screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, iron and ironing board and -Eisen ... Very new, modern, clean.
Tips and recommendations
This BW hotel is perfect for an overnight stay after a flight from Germany, if Halifax itself is not the destination. (Then it is maybe better a downtown hotel). on for example. On the South Shore to Peggy's Cove and beyond, it is the perfect location. Downtown Halifax (of course is also only a stone's throw away). Very nice staff, clean and modern and comfortable rooms! (Better than a hotel at the airport - since existing infrastructure!! )
