Great location right on the Pacific Ocean! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very clean and has a nice size. The guest structure was mixed, rather mid 40 . Food is not included in the room price. In the lobby is a small bistro. You can eat breakfast (bagels and coffee). Parking in addition ($12 per day). The hotel has a pool and hot tub. Free internet access in the lobby and in the rooms. Saftnutzung in the room is also available free of charge. The rooms have a sink, a fridge, a microwave and a balcony. There are rooms with direct ocean view and which with a partial ocean view.
Location
The hotel is just great. Between the hotel and the approximately 40m wide beach is only the beach promenade. From the pool and some rooms offer fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. In the immediate area there are restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. The Missonbay is also only a few minutes away.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness was fine.

The choice and prices of the small bistros in the lobby are ok. There is coffee, and a variety of bagels,microwavable breakfast, a bit of fruit and various cold drinks. The service is friendly. Tip: in the nearby supermarket meats and fruit stalls in the morning and then in the bistro only buy fresh bagels,microwavable breakfast and coffee. On your own balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean breakfast much nicer.
Sport & Entertainment
The pool and hot tub are a decent size and clean. They are located in the center of the hotel with views across the promenade and sea. The beach is right by a door to reach. The pool is through a glass wall wind. There are not so many, but due to the near the beach also not necessary. There is a shower. Umbrellas, however we didn't see you always found a seat in the shade.
Room
The size of the room was very good. Also equipped with air conditioning, safe, sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, the balcony was very good. However the furnishings in our room was a bit older. Especially the bed or the mattress was old. Basically the room was clean.
Tips and recommendations
Book a room with a direct view of the ocean. It was worth the extra definitely. Early in the morning you can watch the surfers and joggers and in the evening watching the sunset. But you can also to the pool or the promenade sit see everything. The hotel is due to its location would definately recommend. The Surferbeach hotel not directly next door (very good restaurant) and has the same great location.
