My second stay at the Best Western Dragon Gate inn *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn May 2011 I was for the second time for 18 days in this hotel. On the whole there is nothing bad to say. The quality has 18 months within the deteriorated significantly. I just have a few things to complain about, but with diplomacy and tact. resolved on site The biggest problem was, that the maid had extreme hair loss and hair everywhere in the room and unfortunately also everywhere in my bed:-(! After a small crisis and pick out the hair my bed, I raised the problem on the third day at the front desk. The problem should be communicated to the maids. I received a sentence of their own sheets to change. I had my bed then changed and the maid Chinese translated, that I am satisfied on the whole, I my bed the remaining two weeks even to relate and in the mornings also always. If necessary, I have been distributed. then sheets Problem solved and no stress, everything was good! Where there is a will, there is a way! Otherwise I had a nice stay this time. The hotel is very centrally located, so a really good starting point. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I was there for a long time, the management was very friendly. We will definately be back and I am ready for uncomplicated. This hotel was really cheap for the location. You must be set, not always everything is perfect. The area is, like other guests already wrote, absolutely not welcoming but not bad. It would seem at first glance not very inviting, is however in no case unhygienic. And once again dirty tables, were usually only a few crumbs. I just wiped and good was it. The food is all perfect!
