More Shadow than light-the hotel is getting old. The only negative I noticed:HCLFHL-Dark rooms with darker furnitureHCLFHL-The furnishing was probably still from the opening time of the hotelHCLFHL-Unhygienic carpetHCLFHLView from the balcony of tidied up roofHCLFHL-Entrance to the lobby only over stairs (heavy bags, wheelchairs?)HCLFHLStaircase to the parking garage elevator (heavy bags, wheelchairs?)HCLFHLPrice for meal at the restaurant a joke (CHF 35 for ZurichHCLFHLChopped meat with hash browns) therefor a slow serviceHCLFHL-two very small elevators were totally overtaxed in a hotel with 16 floorsHCLFHL(sometimes very long waits, especially in the morning when a lot of check-out)HCLFHLFor a four star hotel are just too many negatives that!HCLFHLHCLFHLPositive:HCLFHLLocation at the lakeHCLFHLHCLFHL
