Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe (couple of 44 + 50) have spent four days in June 2011 the Mediterraneo and felt very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, were daily cleaned, the facilities were good, with air-conditioning and a beautiful bathroom, breakfast buffet was varied and wide, the staff was more than friendly. The pool was not too big but clean, loud playing children were there but not gladly seen, since the restaurant with some tables right next door. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (you only had to cross a street), and used often the ingenious connection directly to Barcelona (footpath train about five-eight minutes), 25 minutes 'train ride to Passeig de Gracia. Dinner in the hotel we only ate once in the hotel, the food was very good, the restaurants nearby were only partly recommendable, have tried but certainly not all.
