This hotel is in a fantastic central location. The train station is literally about 80 m from the front door. The Mannlichan cable car is about 3 minute walk away. This hotel has recently refurbished it's spa and wellness centre. It is fab and free to use as often as you want throughout your stay. It certainly helps you to relax after a tough days skiing. The sauna, steam and sensations shower is in a seperate area so that you can go naked if you choose to do so but this is entirely voluntary. The small "Anonym Bar" is ideal for a few apres ski drinks. It's small and rustic appearance and historic photographs and skis on the walls add to the atmosphere. It's an ideal place to invite your friends over for a drink. We were able to ski right down to the hotel. There is a ski room with boot heaters and is accessed via the side of the hotel. The rooms are well maintained and bedding and maid service is first class.
The dining room is large and meals are provided on a self service/table service waiter mixed approach. Meals are wholesome, well presented and tasty. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. All in all me and my wife had fantastic stay here. A credit to the manager and staff.
