Great hotel for a city break *

We were a group of eight people, aged between 24 and 56 years. We had booked four room. A double room was on the second floor and had no windows. When we complained, we were given a day later without any extra charge a room on the fourth floor, which was very good. It is recommended a room request at the time of booking affixed to at least three floor, even better in the fourth. Our room was to the backyard, it was on the street so very quiet, only about the food you could hear the fan, was quite loud. With closed window was absolutely no problem, however.
We were welcomed very friendly and in all what we asked was very good advice. The breakfast could enjoy we on the roof, it was beautiful and the selection is for Italian conditions very well. The service was very friendly and attentive.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, the cathedral is in the immediate vicinity.
We can recommend this hotel in every way and will be staying on our next visit again Florence certainly there.
