Good business hotel with small drawbacks *

The best Western walhalla is very centrally located in St. Gallen directly at the train station. I stayed here for a night room. After a arduous journey from Munich (by train) I was greeted very nicely at the hotel. My room was facing the train station side. With the windows closed we heard nothing. Only when I have opened the windows for some fresh air, was the noise from the street. The room was quite well equipped. Reserved but unfortunately the mattress of the bed quite worn before. Also in the bathroom I could make a few impurities. The toilet could have been cleaned better clearly, because if you took a closer watch found under the toilet seat still traces of the predecessors.
The breakfast was very delicious. There was a large selection, so that everyone can find something.
Overall I was for the most part satisfied with the stay. The issue with the bed and the toilet seat was suboptimal.
